1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Jumping Cholla Studio provides handmade jewelry, custom jewelry services, workshops, and related products through this website.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All jewelry sold through Jumping Cholla Studio is handmade and many pieces are one-of-a-kind.

Because products are handcrafted:

•Slight variations in size, shape, color, texture, stone characteristics, stamping, and finish should be expected.

• Product photos are intended to represent the item accurately but may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and natural materials.

• Availability of one-of-a-kind pieces is limited to current inventory.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders require communication between the customer and artist regarding design, materials, sizing, and specifications.

For custom work:

• Deposits may be required before work begins.

• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are purchased or fabrication begins.

• Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

• Customized, personalized, altered, or commissioned pieces are final sale unless defective.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing without notice

• Correct pricing errors

• Refuse or cancel orders containing inaccurate pricing

Payment must be received before orders are processed unless alternative arrangements (such as approved layaway plans) have been established.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Jumping Cholla Studio is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost packages after confirmed delivery

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed return procedures.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable

• Sale items may be final sale

• Returned items must be unused and in original condition

6A. RING SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate ring sizes when placing orders.

Please note:

• For ring sizing, please keep in mind that finger size naturally changes from day to day due to temperature, activity, hydration, and seasonal changes, which can affect how a ring fits.

Jumping Cholla Studio is not responsible for incorrect sizing information provided by customers

• Rings ordered in the wrong size may require additional fees for resizing, when resizing is possible

• Certain designs, wide bands, stone settings, patterned bands, or one-of-a-kind pieces may not be resizable

• We strongly recommend professional ring sizing before placing an order

Custom-sized rings and made-to-order rings may be considered final sale.

6B. NATURAL STONE AND MATERIAL DISCLAIMER

Jumping Cholla Studio uses natural stones, turquoise, gemstones, reclaimed materials, handcrafted components, and handmade fabrication techniques.

Because natural materials are inherently unique:

• Variations in color, matrix, veining, shape, texture, and inclusions are normal and should be expected

• Natural stones may contain fractures, pits, inclusions, or irregularities that are part of their natural beauty and character

• Colors may appear differently depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings

• Natural materials may age, patina, oxidize, or change appearance over time

These variations are not considered defects.

6C. JEWELRY CARE, DAMAGE, AND REPAIR POLICY

Handmade jewelry requires reasonable care.

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance, including avoiding:

• Excessive force or impact

• Exposure to chemicals, cleaners, lotions, perfumes, or chlorinated water

• Improper storage

Jumping Cholla Studio is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Improper care

• Loss of stones after extended wear

• Third-party repairs or modifications

Repair services may be offered at our discretion.

Please note:

• Repair costs vary depending on damage and materials required

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs unless otherwise agreed

• Repairs performed by third parties may void future repair eligibility

• Some pieces may not be repairable due to design limitations, discontinued materials, or stone availability

Because handmade jewelry is individually fabricated, repaired items may not appear identical to their original condition.

7. WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION

Workshop participants acknowledge that jewelry-making activities involve tools, heat, sharp objects, and materials that present inherent risks. A signed liability waiver may be required prior to workshop participation.

By participating:

• You voluntarily assume these risks

• You release Jumping Cholla Studio from liability for injuries resulting from participation except where prohibited by law

• Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including:

• Images

• Jewelry designs

• Logos

• Text

• Videos

• Product descriptions

• Artwork

are owned by Jumping Cholla Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. USER CONDUCT
